Notice: The seller and the potential buyer are responsible for their own negotiations including, but not limited to, the purchase price, transfer of ownership with ILR, payment arrangements and transportation arrangements. No Claims Male payment, other than the class fee, will be handled by ILR or the Gathering Committee. ILR, ILR-SD and the Gathering Committee assume NO responsibility, legal or otherwise, in regard to any negotiations, terms, payment or the sale contract.
